Our Mathieu needle holder has a palm-grip handle that locks and releases with one squeeze. So you can run long sutures quickly without finger rings.

Cleaning and Sterilization

Clean the needle holder soon after each use. First, open the ratchet and soak it in a pH-neutral enzymatic cleaner. Then brush the jaws and box joint with a soft nylon brush. After that, rinse and dry it fully. Finally, autoclave it in the open position. Also, check the jaw inserts often, so worn tips get serviced early.
