Our story

A surgical instruments manufacturer built for surgeons

Mosh Instruments is a surgical instruments manufacturer based in Nawan Pind, Sialkot. This town supplies a large share of the world’s hand-finished surgical steel. Our range focuses on plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. For example, we make needle holders, scissors, forceps, retractors and complete instrument sets in stainless steel and tungsten carbide.

First, our craftsmen grind, assemble and finish each pattern by hand. Then our inspectors check every instrument individually before we pack it. They test jaw closure against the light, ratchet hold under load, tip alignment and the braze on every tungsten carbide insert.

So when you work with us, you deal with the people who make the instruments, not a trading house.

From steel to surgery

How an instrument leaves our workshop

01

Material & forging

We start with surgical-grade stainless steel and tungsten carbide blanks, chosen for the pattern we are making.

02

Grinding & assembly

Next, specialist craftsmen grind and assemble each pattern by hand in our Sialkot workshop.

03

Hand finishing

Then we finish the surfaces, set the edges and tune the joints, so every action feels smooth and precise.

04

Individual inspection

After that, we check jaw closure, ratchet hold, tip alignment and braze quality on every single instrument.

05

Marking & dispatch

Finally, we apply laser marking and OEM branding, then pack and ship worldwide.

Work with us

Two ways to order

Catalogue patterns

Order proven patterns from stock. For example, choose needle holders, scissors, forceps, retractors or complete sets. We make them for plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, in stainless steel or tungsten carbide.

OEM & custom manufacture

Send us a drawing, a sample or a specification, and we will manufacture to it. We also add your own branding and laser marking. Therefore, it suits private-label brands and distributors building their own sets.

Quality control

Checked instrument by instrument — not batch by batch

Before we pack anything, our inspectors put every instrument through the same four checks.

Jaw closure against the light

First, the jaws must close cleanly, with no visible gap along the full working surface.

Ratchet hold under load

Next, we load and release each ratchet to confirm it holds firm and opens smoothly.

Tip alignment

We also check the tips for perfect alignment, so fine work stays predictable.

Braze quality on TC inserts

Finally, we inspect every tungsten carbide insert for a sound, complete braze.

Send us your specification and we will quote against it — item by item
