The fiber optic Deaver retractor combines the classic curved Deaver blade with built-in light. It comes with a 19mm or 22mm blade, both 20cm long.
A 3.5mm fiber optic guide with an ACMI adapter lights the deep cavity. As a result, you see clearly where overhead lights cannot reach. Surgeons use it in breast, abdominal and reconstructive surgery.
