The MacCollum-Dingman breast dissector separates tissue planes to create the breast implant pocket. You can choose a long 17″ model or a shorter 11-3/4″ model.
The long version has a 38mm blade for wide sweeps, while the short version has a 20mm blade for finer work. As a result, you can match the dissector to the pocket and the incision. Surgeons use it in augmentation and reconstruction.
