Description

Our Gorney septal morselizer crushes and softens septal cartilage so you can reshape it. It is 8-1/2″ (216mm) long, with tungsten carbide jaws.

Because the action is double, the jaws close with strong, even force. As a result, you control how much you soften the cartilage. Surgeons use it to prepare grafts and straighten the septum.

Cleaning and Sterilization

Clean the instrument soon after each use. First, open it and soak it in a pH-neutral enzymatic cleaner. Then brush the blades and joint with a soft nylon brush. After that, rinse and dry it fully. Finally, autoclave it in the open position with your standard steam cycle.
