You can choose 1000, 2000 or 3000ml. Inside, a mesh strainer holds the fat while fluid drains away. In addition, the sealed lid keeps the system closed and clean.

Cleaning and Sterilization

Clean it soon after each use. First, take it apart and soak the parts in a pH-neutral enzymatic cleaner. Then brush every part and thread with a soft nylon brush. After that, rinse and dry each part fully. Finally, reassemble it loosely and autoclave it with your standard steam cycle.
