The Cottle Walsham septum forceps grip and straighten a deviated septum or displaced nasal bones. They are 9″ (229mm) long, with 33 x 7mm jaws.
One blade goes inside the nose while the other rests outside. Then you press to move the bone or septum back into line. As a result, you can reduce nasal fractures and correct deviations with good control.
