Our Cottle nasal osteotome makes clean, controlled cuts in the nasal bones during rhinoplasty. It is 7-1/4″ (184mm) long, with a sharp, straight edge.
You can choose blade widths of 2, 4, 7, 9, 12 or 16mm. In addition, a depth scale on the blade shows how far you have cut. As a result, you can reduce a hump or open the nasal vault precisely.

Cleaning and Sterilization
Clean the osteotome soon after each use. First, soak it in a pH-neutral enzymatic cleaner. Then brush away bone debris gently with a soft nylon brush. After that, rinse and dry it fully. Finally, autoclave it with a tip guard on, because the cutting edge chips if it knocks other steel.
