The Martinez-Kilner nasal retractor retracts the alar rim precisely during rhinoplasty. It has two sharp prongs on a 7.5mm working end.
A curved thumb rest lets you hold it steadily with one hand. As a result, you keep fine control in the narrow nasal field. It is 11.7cm (4.6″) long overall.

Cleaning and Sterilization
Clean the instrument soon after each use. First, soak it in a pH-neutral enzymatic cleaner. Then brush the prongs or blade gently with a soft nylon brush. After that, rinse and dry it fully. Finally, autoclave it with your standard hospital steam cycle. Also, store it with tip guards, because sharp prongs bend and dull easily.
