The Anderson bear claw retractor grips skin flaps with fine, sharp prongs. Its hooked handle end lets you pull steadily with one finger.
You can choose 3, 4 or 5 prongs, in 9cm or 13cm lengths. For example, more prongs spread the pull across a wider flap. As a result, it suits facelift, brow lift and neck lift.

Cleaning and Sterilization
Clean the instrument soon after each use. First, soak it in a pH-neutral enzymatic cleaner. Then brush the prongs or blade gently with a soft nylon brush. After that, rinse and dry it fully. Finally, autoclave it with your standard hospital steam cycle. Also, store it with tip guards, because sharp prongs bend and dull easily.
