Our Ryder needle holder has slim, tapered jaws for fine needles. Its serrated tungsten carbide inserts stop the needle from turning while you suture.
You can choose 5.5″, 6″, 7″ or 8″. Because the jaws are narrow, you keep a clear view of fine sutures. As a result, it suits facial, vascular and deep fine work.

Cleaning and Sterilization
Clean the needle holder soon after each use. First, open the ratchet and soak it in a pH-neutral enzymatic cleaner. Then brush the jaws and box joint with a soft nylon brush. After that, rinse and dry it fully. Finally, autoclave it in the open position. Also, check the jaw inserts often, so worn tips get serviced early.
Quality, Warranty and OEM Supply
We make every instrument at our workshop in Sialkot, Pakistan. Before dispatch, our team checks each piece for jaw alignment, ratchet action and needle grip. We supply it non-sterile, so sterilize it before first use. In addition, a 3-month warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. We also offer OEM manufacturing, private labeling and wholesale supply. Browse our full range of plastic surgery needle holders. You can also see our plastic surgery scissors.
