Our Howarth septum elevator lifts the mucoperichondrium and mucoperiosteum cleanly during septal surgery. It is double-ended, so you have two working tips on one instrument.
It is 8-1/2″ (216mm) long, with 5mm wide ends. One end is sharp for starting the plane, while the other is a curved, blunt spatula for gentle elevation. In addition, the gold handle gives a secure, comfortable grip.

Cleaning and Sterilization
Clean the elevator soon after each use. First, soak it in a pH-neutral enzymatic cleaner. Then brush both tips gently with a soft nylon brush. After that, rinse and dry it fully. Finally, autoclave it with tip guards on, because the fine edges dull if they knock other steel.
